Who the program is for
- PMS and channel manager consultants who set up systems for growing operators
- STR coaches and educators whose students reach portfolio scale
- Accountants and bookkeepers who see clients' revenue numbers every month
- Software providers whose customers ask who can manage their pricing
- Property managers who don't offer revenue management to every client, or who know operators in other markets
Who to refer
Airyield is built for operators with 15 or more short-term rentals, and for boutique hotels and motels. Good referrals usually have one of these going on:
- Revenue has flattened while the market has grown
- Pricing is handled by an operations manager squeezed for time
- A revenue manager has just left
- They're expanding into new markets
- They're on a pricing tool but nobody is really managing it
If someone has fewer than 15 listings, our free RevPAR index tool and newsletter are a better fit, and you're welcome to share those too.
How it works
- Apply. Tell us a little about you and the operators you work with. We'll reply within one business day.
- Get your link. You'll receive a personal referral link and a short partner kit: a one-page overview and our published pricing.
- Introduce. Share your link, or email an introduction to partners@airyield.co and copy in the operator.
- We do the rest. We run a free revenue audit for the operator and keep you updated at each step: audit sent, call held, signed or not.
- Get paid. You earn 10% of what the client pays us for their first 12 months, paid once each of their invoices is paid.
What you can count on
- We treat your referrals well. Every referred operator gets a written audit within 48 business hours and a straight answer about fit, including "not yet" when that's the truth.
- Published pricing. Your clients won't be surprised by the price, because it's on our website: 1.5% of accommodation revenue, with no monthly minimum. You can recommend us without worrying about how they'll be sold to.
- No lock-in for your clients. They can leave any time with 30 days' notice, which makes it an easy recommendation.
- Updates without chasing. You'll hear from us at each step.
- We won't poach. We only manage revenue. We don't offer property management, cleaning or guest messaging, so we won't compete with you for the rest of the client's business.
Example earnings
Take a 24-listing operator earning about $952,000 a year in accommodation revenue. Their Airyield fee at 1.5% is about $1,190 a month. At 10% of that for 12 months, you'd earn about $119 a month, or about $1,428 in total. This is an illustration only; your earnings depend on what each client pays.
Partner terms in brief
- The referred operator must be new to us, not someone we're already talking to.
- You must tell operators you receive a referral fee. We'll include a line in our audit email saying so as well.
- Referral fees are paid by bank transfer. We send the full partner terms with your referral link.
Deeper partnerships
If you run a PMS, channel manager, data platform or STR community and want to work together more closely, such as co-hosted webinars, data partnerships or integration listings, email partners@airyield.co. We're happy to discuss what would be useful for your customers.
A simple way to introduce us
You don't need a pitch. An email like this, with the operator and partners@airyield.co copied in, is enough:
"Hi [operator name], I'd like to introduce you to Airyield. They run day-to-day revenue management in your own pricing tool (PriceLabs by default) and show every price change on a live dashboard. Their pricing is published and there's no lock-in. They'll do a free written audit of your listings against the market, so you can see whether it's worth a conversation. Full disclosure: I receive a referral fee if you sign up. [Your name]"
We reply to both of you within one business day and take it from there.
What we send partners each quarter
A short update with any new market reports you can share with your clients, any changes to the program, and the status of every introduction you've made.
Partner questions
Do I need to sell anything?
No. An introduction is enough. We run the audit and the conversation.
Can I refer operators in any country?
Yes. We work in any market the operator's pricing tool has data for.
What if my referral isn't a fit?
We'll tell them, and you, honestly. Many will be a fit later, and we'll keep you posted if they come back to us.
Is there a minimum number of referrals?
No.
