Details about Your.Rentals and PriceLabs come from their own websites and help centers on that date. Sources are listed at the end of the page.
Your.Rentals is a vacation rental platform that handles your listings, channels, bookings and payouts in one place [1]. Unlike Guesty or Hostaway, it doesn’t use a pricing engine of its own. As of October 2026, its site says its dynamic pricing uses “built-in short term rental pricing tools (PriceLabs and AirDNA)” [2], and its help center says, “We recommend using PriceLabs for most of our listings” [3].
So the real comparison isn’t Your.Rentals against PriceLabs. It’s the PriceLabs built into Your.Rentals against running your own PriceLabs account, and where a revenue manager fits in.
We’re Airyield, a revenue management service that works in PriceLabs. We’ve kept this page to what each company publishes.
The short version
- Your.Rentals’ built-in pricing is included in its fee, needs no separate PriceLabs account, and is set up listing by listing in the Your.Rentals calendar [3][4].
- Your own PriceLabs account can also connect to Your.Rentals, but PriceLabs says this integration is “only available upon request” [5].
- Your.Rentals also offers a hands-on revenue management team for larger portfolios, priced by quote [6][4].
How Your.Rentals pricing works
From Your.Rentals’ site and help center, as of October 2026:
- Engines: PriceLabs or AirDNA, chosen per listing [2][3].
- Your settings: a base rate (suggested from your history), a required minimum rate and an optional maximum [3].
- Updates: prices update daily [2].
- Overrides: custom rates in the calendar overwrite dynamic pricing, and “You can override dynamic pricing at any time or skip it entirely” [2][3].
- Channels: prices sync to channels connected and managed through Your.Rentals. Channels you manage separately may show different prices [2].
- Eligibility: the help center lists conditions for using PriceLabs, including publishing the listing on at least three of five top channels without calendar sync, and instant booking [3].
- Reporting: revenue, occupancy, cancellation rate, ADR, RevPAR and nights booked, by listing, channel and year. Sharing reports with owners is listed as coming soon [2].
- Minimum stays: the dynamic pricing help article doesn’t mention minimum-stay settings [3].
How Your.Rentals charges
As of October 2026, Your.Rentals’ pricing page states [4]:
- Self-managed: 7.5% per booking, with no subscription, setup fee or contract. Dynamic pricing, reports and support are included.
- Channel fee: a separate fixed 15% (plus VAT where it applies) on bookings from connected channels, which covers channel commissions. Direct bookings don’t carry it.
- Premium (fully managed): custom pricing for qualified portfolios, adding a dedicated revenue management team and quarterly reviews.

Who each option suits
The built-in pricing suits you if: you already use Your.Rentals, you have a few listings, and you want reasonable automatic pricing without another login or subscription.
Your own PriceLabs account suits you if: you want the full set of PriceLabs rules and market data, you might change platform one day, or you want a revenue manager to work directly in your account.
Your.Rentals’ revenue team suits you if: you want everything (platform, channels, payouts and pricing) handled by one company. Your.Rentals says it’s aimed at operators with €100K+ in annual revenue [6].
Using your own PriceLabs account with Your.Rentals
PriceLabs’ help center sets out the steps [5]:
- Ask Your.Rentals support to enable the PriceLabs connection, and email PriceLabs support to request it.
- Once confirmed, add your listings in PriceLabs by choosing your.rentals under PMS / Channel Manager.
- In Your.Rentals, open each listing’s calendar, select PriceLabs under Dynamic pricing, set base, minimum and maximum rates, and enable it.
- Turn on Sync Prices in PriceLabs and check the Your.Rentals calendar.
PriceLabs says it can send daily rates to Your.Rentals for the next 365 days [5]. Its article doesn’t say whether minimum stays sync, so check before relying on PriceLabs for stay rules.
The tool matters less than who runs it
With Your.Rentals, the engine underneath is often PriceLabs either way. What changes is how much of it you use and who’s watching the results. A pricing tool sets rates within the limits it’s given. Someone still needs to check each listing against its market, adjust floors and minimum stays, and react when bookings fall behind pace.
Airyield does that work in your own PriceLabs account. Each morning our software checks every listing against its market (RevPAR index, ADR index, market penetration and booking pace). A revenue manager approves every change before it goes live, and you see every price change and its reason on a live dashboard. We talk weekly. You keep your accounts and data, and our fee is published: 1.5% of booking revenue (nightly rates only), with no monthly minimum and no lock-in contract: cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
Airyield was built by an Australian operator managing around 200 listings, including motels.
