DPGO vs PriceLabs: which pricing tool fits your portfolio?

Last checked: October 21, 2026

Details about DPGO and PriceLabs come from each company’s public website, or the third-party source named, on that date. Sources are listed at the end of the page.

DPGO and PriceLabs both set nightly prices for short-term and vacation rentals automatically. They are built for different people. DPGO keeps things simple and cheap for hosts with a few listings. PriceLabs gives you more control, more integrations and more reporting, which matters more as a portfolio grows.

We’re Airyield. We run PriceLabs for operators with 15 or more listings, so we’re not neutral. This page sets out the facts we could verify and includes the cases where DPGO is the better choice.

The short version

  • DPGO may suit you if you host one to five listings, mostly on Airbnb, in a market DPGO covers, and want the lowest-effort tool you can find.
  • PriceLabs may suit you if you manage a growing portfolio across several channels, need detailed rules and owner reporting, or price hotel rooms as well as rentals.
  • Either way, the tool only performs as well as the person setting it up and checking it.

DPGO pricing in 2026

As of October 2026, DPGO’s pricing page states three ways to pay [1]:

PlanPriceHow it is charged
Pay as You Go, Flexible0.5% of booked pricePer reservation received with dynamic prices
Pay as You Go, Flat Fee$18 per listing per monthPer listing
Fixed$1 per booked nightPer night booked

DPGO states there is no setup fee, no hidden fees, a free 30-day trial with no credit card, invoicing every two weeks, and that you can cancel at any time [1]. It also advertises a “Price Match Guarantee” [1]. An independent review checked these prices in July 2026, found them unchanged since May 2024, and noted that every plan includes every feature [3].

PriceLabs pricing in 2026

As of October 2026, PriceLabs states that it charges a flat monthly fee for each listing that receives price pushes, with no commission and no long-term contract, and offers a 30-day free trial [4][5]. Published sources disagree on the current per-listing rate: one pricing tracker reports a cut to $14.49 per listing in April 2026, while other 2026 sources still list $19.99 [6][7]. Check PriceLabs’ plans page for your rate [4]. For hotels, PriceLabs’ site states pricing “from $19.99/mo per room” [8].

Who DPGO suits

DPGO is a reasonable choice if:

  • you have a handful of listings and want to stop pricing your calendar by hand
  • your listings are in a market DPGO covers (check this during the trial: its site says it focuses on “specific areas” rather than the whole world [2])
  • you like paying per booking, so a quiet month costs less [1]
  • you don’t need owner statements or portfolio analytics

An independent reviewer reached a similar view in 2026, recommending DPGO for one to five listings with average nightly rates under about $200, and suggesting larger operators look elsewhere [3].

Who PriceLabs suits

PriceLabs tends to suit operators who:

  • manage 15 or more listings, often across several towns or channels
  • need rules by group of listings, date, day of week and lead time [5]
  • want owner reports and portfolio dashboards in the same tool [5]
  • run a mix of short-term rentals and hotel or motel rooms [8]

Things to check before choosing

  • Coverage. Confirm your exact suburb or town is covered. DPGO’s site lists the US, Canada and “Other” [2].
  • Support and reliability. Public reviews of DPGO are few and mostly from 2020 to 2023. One 2022 reviewer reported calendar sync problems [10]. Use the free trial to test how quickly support responds.
  • Cost at your size. DPGO’s flat fee does not fall as you add listings [3]. Do the sum for your own portfolio, including any sync or API add-ons on PriceLabs [6].

Moving from DPGO to PriceLabs

If you outgrow DPGO, expect to rebuild your base prices, minimum prices, minimum-stay rules and seasonal settings in PriceLabs, then allow a few weeks for the new settings to settle. Keep DPGO running until PriceLabs is connected and checked, so no dates go unpriced. Turn off one tool’s price sync before turning on the other, so two tools are never pushing prices to the same calendar.

The tool matters less than who runs it

Most underpricing we see isn’t caused by the choice of tool. It comes from settings nobody has reviewed in months: base prices from last year, minimum stays that block bookable gaps, or floors set too low. Both DPGO and PriceLabs follow the rules they’re given.

That is the work Airyield does for operators with 15+ listings. Each morning, our software checks every listing against its market on RevPAR index, ADR index, market penetration (MPI) and booking pace. A revenue manager approves every change before it goes live, and a live dashboard shows every price change with the reason for it. You keep your own accounts and data. Our fee is published: 1.5% of booking revenue (nightly rates only), with no monthly minimum and no lock-in contract.

If you’re on DPGO: we can run DPGO for you, or move you to PriceLabs if that suits better.

Airyield was built by an Australian operator managing around 200 listings, including motels.

Frequently asked questions

How much does DPGO cost?

As of October 2026, DPGO’s site lists three options: 0.5% of booked price, $18 per listing per month, or $1 per booked night, with a free 30-day trial [1].

Is DPGO cheaper than PriceLabs?

For one or two listings it can be, depending on which PriceLabs rate applies to you [6][7]. DPGO does not appear to offer volume discounts [3], so check the numbers for your own portfolio.

Does DPGO work outside the US?

DPGO’s site lists the United States, Canada and “Other” as markets [2]. Check your specific area during the free trial.

Does DPGO set minimum stays?

An independent review lists general, day-of-week, time-based and date-specific minimum-stay rules [3].

Is DPGO good for property managers?

It can work for small portfolios. Managers with 15+ listings usually need wider integrations, group rules and owner reporting, which is where PriceLabs is stronger [5].
