If you’re searching for Pace, the hotel revenue management system, start with the history. Pace was acquired by FLYR in 2022 and renamed FLYR Hospitality in 2023 [1][2]. In October 2026, Duetto announced it had acquired FLYR Hospitality [3][4]. The product is still sold, and the login still sits at app.pacerevenue.com [5], but it now belongs to one of the larger hotel revenue management groups.
This page explains what that means and compares FLYR Hospitality with PriceLabs, which many smaller hotels, motels and rental operators use. We’re Airyield. We run PriceLabs for clients, so we’re not neutral. We say where FLYR Hospitality is the better choice.
What happened to Pace?
- 2022: FLYR, an airline revenue technology company, acquired Pace Revenue [1].
- July 2023: Pace was renamed FLYR Hospitality, after the platforms were integrated [2].
- October 2026: Duetto announced it had acquired FLYR Hospitality from FLYR. Terms were not disclosed [3][4]. Duetto says “existing customers of both companies’ products will continue to be supported”, and that hoteliers will be able to choose between Duetto’s configurable tools and FLYR’s automated system “without switching platforms” [4].
No timeline has been announced for product or brand changes [3][4]. If you use FLYR Hospitality today, ask your account manager what the roadmap and contract terms look like after the acquisition.

When FLYR Hospitality (Pace) is the better choice
FLYR Hospitality may be the better fit if:
- you run a hotel group, a chain or a larger independent hotel with several room types and segments, including groups [5]
- you want forecasting, budgeting and business intelligence in the same platform as pricing [5]
- you use enterprise systems such as Oracle OPERA Cloud, CoStar STR data or Amadeus Demand360 [5]
- you’re comfortable with a sales-led contract and with the product’s future sitting inside Duetto’s wider platform [3][4]
Reviewers on Hotel Tech Report rate it 4.6 out of 5 [8].
When PriceLabs is the better choice
PriceLabs tends to suit:
- small independent hotels and motels that want to start without a sales process, on a free trial [6]
- operators running hotel rooms and short-term rentals together [6][7]
- anyone who wants month-to-month billing with no lock-in [6]
- portfolios where published, per-unit pricing makes budgeting simpler [6][7]
Moving from Pace or FLYR Hospitality to PriceLabs
Check your contract term and notice period first. You’ll need to rebuild room-type pricing differentials, floors and ceilings, restrictions and any group rules in PriceLabs, and confirm your PMS connects directly [6]. Export your historical pace and pickup reports before access ends, because PriceLabs will start its own history from the day you connect. Run the new setup alongside the old one for a week before you switch rate pushing.
The tool matters less than who runs it
Ownership changes like this make hotels review their RMS, which is sensible. But most independent hotels and motels lose more revenue to unchecked settings than to the engine itself: stale floors, minimum stays left on, room types priced too close together.
Airyield runs PriceLabs for boutique hotels, motels and rental portfolios of 15+ listings. Each morning, our software checks your property against its market on RevPAR index, ADR index, market penetration (MPI) and booking pace. A revenue manager approves every change before it goes live, there’s a weekly call, and a live dashboard shows every rate change and its reason. You keep your own accounts and data. Our fee is 1.5% of room revenue, with no monthly minimum and no lock-in contract: cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
We work in PriceLabs by default; we also work in Beyond, Wheelhouse, AirDNA Adapt, DPGO, RoomPriceGenie, Rented (ART) and Pace (FLYR Hospitality).
If you’re on Pace (FLYR Hospitality): we can run FLYR Hospitality for you, or move you to PriceLabs if that suits better.
Airyield was built by an Australian operator managing around 200 listings, including motels. Read more about our hotel revenue management.
